With over 30 million in sales and as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Allison Dickinson is honored to be counted among the select group of sales associates at Cummings & Co. Realtors. She enjoys an outstanding reputation in the industry and maintains impeccable business standards. Virtually all of her business now comes via direct referrals from satisfied customers over the last 18+ years. Allison currently serves of the Board of Directors of her community Homeowner's Association and happily applies her "git 'er done" spirit there. Her hobbies include cycling in remote places around the world (think New Zealand, Scotland, Ireland, Finland and Newfoundland), cruising on the Chesapeake Bay aboard her pontoon boat Hatoona Matata, traveling and genealogy research. 

 

Before selling real estate, Allison founded the well-known Baltimore art gallery Paper-Rock-Scissors in Hampden. She also holds a degree in Interior Design and had her own design firm for over 15 years. This combination of unique artistic talent and sales ability has proven to enhance her performance selling real estate.

We’re excited to announce that we’re opening an office in Millersville, Anne Arundel County!

Cummings & Co. Realtors recently purchased the building located at 8638 Veterans Hwy

in Millersville to continue our expansion, allowing us to better serve our agents

and clients in the community.

Conveniently located, our new location offers plenty of parking, and the 1st floor 6000+ sq ft. office

will boast a top-notch interior design with a mix of materials to create a warm and inviting space

to work and welcome clients. Like our other premium locations, it will include an array of amenities,

multiple conference rooms, open workspace, and private offices.

We’re expected to open in early 2024.
